# A reader changed the contribution question

On 4 October 2026 the project operator delivered two external LLM assessments of the public site snapshot. The first assessment read the exported site; the second also received a separate statement of purpose. The model identity, completeness of its reading and its claimed research checks were not independently authenticated. This is a Codex-authored public summary of the delivered feedback, not the reviewer's approval of the resulting changes.

The reader understood independent structures, language research and discovery, but identified an incomplete contribution journey: a visitor could prepare a file without a concrete place to deliver it. It also asked us to show a useful creative output, separate present records from future learned representations, and make research-support labels apply to the precise statement supported. It found an ambiguous summary of withdrawal rules in the agent guide.

The second assessment refined two points: useful integration need not be unique, and a changed working method could count as system-level learning if it improves later unfamiliar work without changing model weights. Neither point demonstrates that such an improvement has occurred here.

This changed the implementation question from whether a form can prepare a file to whether someone with a new question can reach a real receiving place and follow what happens. The current local revision points to the existing public leviathan-protocol/meta GitHub issue form, keeps the draft on the device until the person chooses to share it, and distinguishes recording an issue from a maintainer taking it up. GitHub requires its own account; the route does not perform forum adoption or alter standing gates.

The inquiry also gains a small operator-owned contribution follow-up: received on import, then a reasoned review or outcome linked to exact records. These local records do not send a reply to GitHub or establish the contributor's agreement. The supplied review arrived through the operator, not through a GitHub issue.

The repository's public visibility and enabled issue feature were checked with read-only metadata. No issue was posted as a test. There is no evidence here of response times, ongoing maintainer monitoring, independent community adoption or improved later task performance. The fictional example remains unexecuted.

The source files are retained privately without revision. Their SHA-256 references identify the supplied bytes, not the truth of the reviews:
